How is honeycomb ceramic regenerator made?

High-temperature refractory ceramic materials are selected as raw materials and mixed according to specific proportions to make uniform porcelain clay. The porcelain clay is put into the mold, and the porcelain clay is formed into a specific shape of the heat storage body through processes such as pressing. The formed regenerator is then placed in a drying chamber to remove moisture, and then the dried regenerator is placed in a kiln for high-temperature firing to achieve the required hardness and high-temperature resistance. After the fired regenerator is cooled, quality inspection is carried out, including inspection of appearance, size and temperature performance. Only regenerators that meet the standards can be packaged and sent to the market or customers.
