Product Details

The honeycomb ceramics has the following advantages:

1 .It has regular appearance, and the horizontal discharge of the heat storage body is neat, so the overall look is beautiful.

2. It has smooth hole wall and low back pressure.

3. It has large specific surface area and high heat transfer efficiency. (The smaller the aperture, the thinner the wall thickness, and the larger the specific surface area)

4.It has good heat shock resistance, good thermal conductivity and high mechanical strength.

5. The Individual replacement and cleaning the whole structure is easy to take out and carry, easy to backfill after cleaning, so the resulting secondary loss is small. (Without special circumstances, it is not recommended to remove the thermal storage ceramic frequently for cleaning or washing, because this will increase the frequency of RTO downtime and reduce the service life of the ceramic. )
